: Clinical Guidelines

A Clinical Guideline is a comprehensive multidisciplinary plan, based on "Best Practice" to coordinate, treat, and monitor the care of a patient with a specific disease process.

The following list of diagnoses represents the Clinical Guidelines that have been developed in collaboration with the Long Island Health Network hospitals.
